VISSER, Hiltje - On the early morning of September 4, 2019, passed away from leukemia complicated by pneumonia, at Brampton Civic Hospital. She was 93.
Hiltje Visser, who was married to my father Dirk Visser in 1948, and was mother to daughter Alida Visser (1953-2018) and son Bernard.
An avid gardener, a much loved elementary school teacher (known affectionately by colleagues and friends as Hilda), a most loving mother, and a strong independent woman, she did so much for us all and was always generous to family and friends doing her best to bring happiness to those of us close to her.
A memorial visitation will be held at Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetry, Brampton on September 10th from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. A graveside service willtake place at 12:00 PM. A reception will follow.
