WENN, Ruth (Wood) - Peacefully at Headwaters Healthcare Centre, Orangeville, on Thursday Sept. 26, 2019, Ruth Wenn (nee Wood), at age 93, passed into her Saviour's loving hands.
Beloved wife of 60 years of the late Jack Hartford Wenn.
Devoted mother of Diane and her husband Stuart of Demorestville, Nancy and her husband Bob of Amaranth.
Dear sister of the late Lenny, Bert, Mary and May of Fredericton.
Cherished Nana of Cynthia (Peter) Norton, Stephen Wenn, Scott Dickie, and Adam (Jess French) Dickie.
Loved Great Nana of Austin and Ethan Wenn, Jack and Patrick Norton.
Lovingly remembered by her niece Darlene, nephew Tommy and great nephew Jim.
Ruth provided a safe haven for many foster children, loved to garden, feed the birds, read her bible and do puzzles. She was always kind, loving and supportive to all that were part of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who crossed into her life.
Donations to your local hospital or OSPCA would be appreciated by her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
