Elena Mae Poblacion was born on May 7, 1965 in Janiuay, Iloilo and passed away on September 29, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario.
Visitation will take place at Kane-Jerrett funeral home, 6191 Yonge St., Toronto on October 11th from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm.
Funeral Mass at St. Margaret of Scotland, 222 Ridley Blvd., Toronto on October 12th at 10:30 a.m.
Memorial donations may be made to Run for the Cure, Canadian Cancer Society.
