KERR, Ruth Eliza(Beth) - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday October the 9th, 2019 at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa, having just celebrated her 91st birthday.
Devoted wife of the late Tom.
Cherished mother of Kathy (predeceased) and Paul (Nancy).
Loving “Aunt Betty” to Ted and Ann, David and Lynn, Sandra and Harry.
Beth will be dearly missed by her special friend Joe and the community at The Court at Brooklin.
Past member of St. John’s Anglican Church in Weston.
Through her love of knitting, quilting and sewing have been welcomingly loved by her family, friends and by various organizations who received her generous gifts that were made with love.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Saturday, October 12th, from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel on at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
