McDonald SaraMCDONALD, Sara (Mignone) - It is with profound sadness and utter heartbreak that we announce the passing of our cherished wife and mother.

Sara passed away peacefully in her sleep, cradled in the loving arms of her husband and children on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 following a valiant battle with cancer.

Loving wife to John McDonald and treasured mother of Samantha, Robert and Matthew. Sara

Pre-deceased by loving father Giuseppe Mignone and mother Erminia (Tudino) Mignone.

Sara will be missed by her only sibling Pina (Joe) Zupancic.

Wholeheartedly loved by Mother in Law Lillian (Francey) McDonald and her Brother in Laws David (Patty) McDonald and Edward (Nancy) McDonald.

She will be missed greatly by all of her nieces and nephews.

You were a charismatic, supportive and caring friend to all who came to know you. You brought love and laughter into the lives of those who loved you and we will forever miss your strength, charm, and grace. The Lord has blessed you with such profound intelligence, integrity, passion and strength that serves as the guiding principles carried by your family in everything we do. Your life was lived with a vigour that resonates far beyond this life. You are a beautiful soul, a beacon of light and strength for all.

Through every trial and tribulation you remained hopeful, positive and strong up until the moment God called you to his kingdom. For your courage, strength, and selflessness, we commend you and thank you. May you Rest in Peace, dear mother, wrapped in the serenity of our Lord. Until the day we meet again, you live in every beat of our hearts.
