IANNANTUONO, Filomena - God called Filomena home on November 27, 2019 at the age of 91.
Filomena is predeceased by her loving and devoted husband, Gabriele as well as her beloved daughter Mary, siblings Raffaele, Francesco (Maria), Maria (Antonio), brother in law Antonio and great grand baby, Nevaeh. She will be forever cherished by her dear children, Jo-Anne (Ben), Anna (Cosmo), and Michael (Debra).
Proud Nonna to Philip (Anita), Gabriella (Marc), Erica (Paolo), Nicholas (Erika) and Danielle. Adoring Bisnonna to Gianluca, Gabriel, Christian, and Alexander.
Filomena will always be remembered by her siblings, Nicola (Anna), Rosina (Ciro), Nina, and sister in law Rosina.
Filomena leaves behind a very dear and special friend, Leonardo.
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Maple Chapel (211 McNaughton Rd E.) on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 10:15 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery (on Bathurst St., north of Finch).
If so desired, donations in memory of Filomena may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association.
