MacAdam LisaMACADAM, Lisa Kathleen (Chapman) - Lisa 48, of Orangeville, Ontario, passed Monday, December 2, 2019 peacefully at home with family by her side.

Lisa was born to Paul and Margaret Chapman, November 14, 1971, in Midland, Ontario. She married her high school sweetheart, Trevor MacAdam, on August 12,1995, and they lived together in Orangeville, Ontario.

Together they raised three children. She leaves as her legacy three children: Kasandra Cousineau and her husband Zachary Cousineau, Tyler MacAdam and Ashleigh MacAdam.

Lisa became a Grandmother in April 2018 to predeceased Emery Zachary Cousineau and most recently her Granddaughter, Fallon Lisa Cousineau.

She also leaves to cherish her memory two siblings, Paul Chapman and his wife Angie Chapman, and Laura Chapman and her husband Paul King.

Grandparents George Chapman (deceased) and Kathleen Chapman.

Mother-in-law Diane English, Grandmother-in-law Lorraine English (Mer), Father-in-law Joe MacAdam and his wife Debby MacAdam.

Brothers and sisters-in-law Scott MacAdam and his wife Kim MacAdam, Jenny Ardron and her husband Dustin Ardron.

Nieces and Nephews: Caitlyn and Kyle King, Tyler, Brittany and Dylan Chapman, Kory and Ryan MacAdam, Peytyn and Izabella Ardron.

Friends that are more like family Max and Nancy Bellisario and their children, Michael and Davide. Her family remembers her as an embodiment of love and care. She always stands for family.

Lisa worked as a Bus Driver and Owner of her Cleaning Business. She enjoyed spending time with her family in her pool and having campfires in the summer. This was her happy place. Everyone who knew Lisa loved her more than she will ever know.

Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Orangeville on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. followed by the Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m.

The family request that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
