Weiss EricWEISS, Eric Lowell - July 7 1959 - December 4 2019 - It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely loss of Eric. He quietly fought a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer and was surrounded by his family when he left us on December 4, 2019.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Julie, daughters Jordana (Crosby) and Rachel, and son Jesse.

He will be greatly missed by his mother Bea, and brother Gilbert (Janine) and their family.

He ispredeceased by his father Julius.

He was a much-loved and loving brother, uncle, and cousin to a large and connected extended family, including mother-in-law Helen (Tim), sister-in-law Heather (Steve) and their children Ella, Sam, and Luke, and brother- in-law Anthony; neices Ashley, and Carly; cousins Avi (Kohava), Shelly (Susan), and Noah (Natalie) and their children; uncle Aaron (Goldie), and many other cousins.

He was a devoted father, generous host, and enthusiastic farmer who loved to feed others from his garden and pizza oven. He always enjoyed showing guests around his farm and introducing them to his horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. A consummately kind and generous man, he loved nothing more than sitting in the pergola on his farm with his family and a book. We will miss him every day.

The family is extremely grateful for the outstanding care Eric received at the Markham Stouffville Hospital.

At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, Toronto for service on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in The Kielczer Society section of Bathurst Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, they would appreciate donations to support Cancer Care Services at the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation (https://mshf.on.ca/).
