ZATREPALEK, Thelma - (1926 - 2020) - Passed away peacefully at Peel Manor Long Term Care Home, in Brampton, Ontario, on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
Beloved spouse of Wesley and mother of Diana (Kevin McKaig) and Reginald (Natalie Ramsden).
Lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Jule Ryder, nephews Michael and Peter Miller, great-niece Kaitlyn, by the Kerney and MacDonald families in Toronto, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Nunavut and by the extended family in Hamilton and St. Catharines.
Predeceased by her parents George and Nellie Miller and brothers, Vernon and Gerald.
Thelma was born in Toronto and married Wesley Zatrepalek in 1955. Thelma and Wes previously lived in Stephenville, Newfoundland and Dorion, Quebec before relocating to Toronto in the late 80s.
Thelma worked as an Executive Assistant for many years at an aircraft maintenance company in Toronto and retired in the late 90s. She was an avid reader, bowler and camper and enjoyed her many trips to the West over the years. She was known and loved by all for her positive attitude, gentle spirit and loving ways and she will be dearly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at Andrews funeral home, Brampton on February 10th at 1:00 p.m.
