KAY, Elsie - On Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in Toronto at the age of 101.
Born in Ottawa to Solomon and Rose Eskin.
Elsie was independent, surviving her husband Harry Kay for almost 55 years.
They came to Toronto 70 years ago by way of Sudbury and Windsor, and were active members of Temple Sinai from its beginnings.
Her memory is treasured by her family: sons Paul Kay and Temma Gentles, Toronto, and Ian Kay and Eva Zaleski, Oro- Medonte; and grandchildren Jeremy Kay and Christin Wendt, Carbondale, Colorado, and Tovah Kay, Vancouver.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Temple Sinai Section of Dawes Road Cemetery, 3169 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto. Shiva 736 Spadina Avenue (Reception Room).
