Williamson AnneWILLIAMSON, Anne Lenore - “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” ~ 2 Tim. 4:6-8.

Passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2020, in her 75th year.

Anne was the loving partner of Garry Young, beloved mother of Trevor and Allison (Michael), proud grandmother of Maddison and Oalee, devoted sister of Jane and Tom (Linda) and predeceased by Bob (Marilynne). Dedicated daughter of the late Doris and Tom Williamson, and cherished aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Anne worked as a high school teacher for the Toronto, London and York Region District School Boards.

All who knew Anne will miss her passion for fine food, antiques, reading, shopping and Christmas (the “red and green virus”). Anne will be forever remembered for her sense of humour and articulate nature.

The family would like to thank the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre and Princess Margaret Hospital.

Friends may call at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street S., Newmarket at a date to be determined in the future.

Memorial donations may be made to Amnesty International Canada, or as per Anne’s request, a random act of kindness freely be given to another being.
