Grisbrook JamesGRISBROOK, James Henry 'Jim' - (November 13, 1931April 21, 2020) - James Henry Grisbrook passed away peacefully at his home in Toronto.

Jim, an only child was born on November 13, 1931 in Waterloo, Ontario. He was predeceased by his parents John and Mary Grisbrook.

Beloved husband of 66 years to Katherine Grisbrook, dearly loved father of Patricia Ann Grisbrook, Michael James Grisbrook (Judith Webster) and John Joseph Grisbrook.

Proud grandfather of Thomas James Grisbrook.

Jim will be sadly missed by his many friends in Toronto and extended family in Switzerland and Camillus New York.

Jim worked in the financing and banking sector all of his working life and retired from the Royal Bank of Canada in the late 1980’s. Jim was known for his beautiful singing voice and his great sense of humour that livened up many family and friend gatherings. Jim was a graduate of St. Jerome’s High School in Waterloo and always looked forward to their yearly reunions.

In retirement Jim always enjoyed all forms of sports, gardening and spending time with the family.

The family is deeply thankful for the caring and attention paid by the emergency first responders during this difficult time.

A private service will be held on Saturday, April 25th. A celebration of life will be had at a later date when restrictions will allow it.
