SINOPOLI, Annina - (February 8, 1938 – May 12, 2020) -
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Annina Sinopoli on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
Beloved wife of 62 years to Nicola. Loving mother to Rosa (Vince), Giovanni (Emilia), and Antonio. Cherished nonna to Francesca, Anna & Nicola, Bruno (Kaitlyn), Nicholas (Elena), and proud bisnonna to Aria.
Annina will always be remembered by her nieces and nephew: Lucy (Sam), Rose (Santino), Lucia (Pino), Maria (Donato), and Giovanni (Patrizia). She will be sadly missed by her brother Salvatore (Giuseppina) and sister-in-law Giovannina (Francesco).
Reunited in heaven with her parents Giovanni & Lucia and with brother Vito (Antonietta).
Always the heart of our family, Annina leaves us with many memories and blessings from her life. Her life was filled with love for her family, her many friends, and those whose lives she touched so deeply. Her altruism, gentle spirit, and inner tenacity towards life, even through her many years of suffering until her final moments on the earth will never be forgotten. Her devotion and unconditional love for her family will live on through all of us and will be a guiding light that will forever burn bright within us.

Due to the current unprecedented situation, and for the safety of our friends and family, a memorial service will be celebrated at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Annina may be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
