FLINTOFF, Elwin Thomas - After a long and courageous battle with cancer It is with heavy hearts filled with great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
He leaves behind his dear wife of 44 years Debbie ne Schiavo, Sons Patrick and Michael Grandchildren Donavin, Ad rain Kaylin,Nicholis, Preceded by son Daniel, Parents Thomas and Mildred Brother Douglas Flintoff Brother of Robert, Danny Janice and Tommy Several other family, nieces and nephews.
Elwin worked 35 years in Emergency Medical Services and Training Officer for many Industrials Companies and Former Deputy District Governor AS of the Lions Club, Retiring in 2005 and relocated to Southern Ontario Settling in Markham and would spend summers in Kennebunkport Maine, fishing from his Pontoon Boat at the cottage on West Lake Picton County and following his Blue Jays, Leafs and Raptors, Elwin was an avid Golfer enjoying the links in Ontario, Florida and the Carolinas.
As per his request, there will be no service. Entombment in North Bay.
