Moore RogerMOORE, Roger - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Roger Moore, after a short battle with cancer at Juravinski Hospital on June 27, 2020.

Roger was an inspiration with his kindness and willingness to be a good friend.

Roger and Ruth were blessed to enjoy 45 years of marriage. Proud father of Kendra (Cameron), and Reggie (Sue). Cherished grampie of Alexis.

Survived by siblings Dorothy (Gilles), Keith (Spring), Bonnie (Gary), Betty (Ray), John (Kali), Rick (Laurie), Dianne (Tim), Carrie (Dale), predeceased by Ronald, Judie (survived by Danny), Murray (survived by Heather), Linda, Carol and Mike. Also, predeceased by his parents Lyle and Jean Moore.

Terrific brother in law of Lem (Helena), Eleanor, and Emery. Roger will be affectionately remembered by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Roger was always one to keep busy and enjoyed his time outdoors. Roger and Ruth loved many vacations together. A special thank you to Dr. Spicer and all the health care providers at Brantford General Hospital and Juravinski Hospital who gave exceptional care during his illness.

We are sincerely grateful to our friends and family who supported us during this most difficult time.

Cremation has been entrusted to Tranquility Burial & Cremation. When physical distancing has been lifted, a celebration of life will take place.

As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Brantford General Hospital, Juravinski Hospital or the Community Outreach of St. Joseph’s Lifecare, or charity of your choice.
