Goldenberg MarkGOLDENBERG, Mark - Peacefully, at his home surrounded by his loving wife and family, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and son, Mark Goldenberg, on July 13, 2020.

Mark will forever be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his loving wife of 70 years, Esther, his devoted children, Marilyn (Howard) Walton, Larry (Paula) Goldenberg, Steve (Donna) Goldenberg, and Shawn (Lori) Goldenberg.

By his adoring grandchildren, Benji (and Somayeh), Michael, Adam (and Alex), Mitchell (and Brittany), Jeffrey (and Britney), Zachary (and Danielle), Brooke, Stephanie, and Jordana, and great-grandchildren Damon, Noah, Blake, Ellis, Gia and Olivia.

By his sister Frieda (and Simon z"l") Traub.

A Holocaust survivor and a successful, honest and well respected businessman, Mark will always be remembered for his love and devotion to his community and especially to Beth Torah. As a founding member and builder of the synagogue, twice its President, and Baal Tkiyah for 58 years, Mark was instrumental in the survival and successes of the Shul throughout its history.

Mark's presence will be felt in our hearts forever.

Special thanks to all of Mark's wonderful caregivers who provided him with exceptional care, with a special thank you to his primary caregiver, Marlene.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.

Memorial donations may be made the Beth Torah Congregation.
