His passion and love for sports were predominant in his early years where he became a professional athlete who played basketball and volleyball for the National team of Albania.

Gani had contributed to many new immigrants from his homeland when he settled in Canada, offering support, jobs and immigrant status to many of his fellow countrymen.

Gani is his professional life was a hard working determined man, who operated his own successful business for 50 years in Metal Polishing and Plating.
