KNIPE, Vera Myrteena - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear Vera on Friday September 18, 2020 at the age of 82 years.
Vera is now reunited with her parents Mabel and William Proper and first Husband John Knipe.
She was the loving wife and companion of Everett “Bill” Lyons. Left to mourn are her son Ross and his wife Catherine Knipe, granddaughter Kayla and her husband Ian Condell and grandson Jonathan Knipe.
She was the dear sister of Ernie Proper (predeceased) and his wife Winnie (predeceased), Hedley Proper (predeceased) and his wife Mary (predeceased), and Robert “Bob” Proper and his wife Sandy.
Vera will be fondly remembered for her love of bowling.
In light of the current global pandemic with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings, the well-being of everyone and in keeping with Vera’s wishes, a private funeral will be held. Your condolences are very much appreciated during this very difficult time. Arrangements with Scott funeral home, Brampton.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
