Williams Henry BudWILLIAMS, Henry 'Bud' - With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our Father, Bud Williams at Trillium Health Partners while surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the age of 87.

Beloved husband to Marie for 61 years of marriage. Loving Father of Harold, Glen (Elaine) and Vickie (Amin). Cherished grandfather to Shannon, Reid, Elyse, Sara and Sophia, and special “Uncle Bud” to his niece in PEI, Heather (Ralph).

Bud was a kind, hardworking, devoted family man and an immediate friend to anyone who met him. He loved all animals, especially dogs and they knew it.

He was happiest spending time outside, tending his garden, fishing, or working on something that needed fixing, spending many hours in his building or garage, with everything neatly in its place. He could fix anything, often in a unique or unconventional way. It was rare if a weekend passed without Dad spending many hours working on a friend’s or relative’s car in our driveway, sometimes more than one in a day.

He was a loyal and loving husband, never letting a Mother’s Day or birthday pass without presenting Mom with a card and something sweet.

There was not a single sport he didn’t like. He loved The Leafs and The Jays, and would watch football, curling, golf, or NASCAR for hours.

He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his friends and family.

Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Etobicoke on Thursday, October 1st from 2:00-3:30 pm followed by a private family memorial service.

Please note: due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the capacity of the funeral home's facilities is limited and attendees may have to wait to be admitted to the visitation. Attendees will be required to wear masks and respect social distancing guidelines.
