Sattolo PiaSATTOLO, Pia - It is with great sadness that the family of Pia Sattolo announce her passing on November 3, 2020.

Born in Italy on May 5, 1930, Pia immigrated to Canada to marry her beloved husband Albert and remained devoted to him for 51 years until his death in 2007.

Pia will be greatly missed by her children, Elizabeth (Leonard), Antonella (Sonny), Gerry (Aline) & Christina (Patrick).

For ever remembering their beloved Nonna are Stephanie, Matthew, Meaghan, Victoria, Emily, Eric , Nina, Albert and Sonya & Kayla.

Loving Zia to many nieces and nephews in both Italy and Canada

A much loved member of the Neocatechumenal Community and proud supporter of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary in Toronto, Pia will be missed by many members of her community.

A long battle, later in life, with Parkinson’s disease was met with grace and resilience and she continued to be a source of inspiration to all those who knew her.

Arrangements with DeMarco Funeral Home, Toronto. A private Funeral will be held at St. Norbert’s Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Friday, She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Alberto.

As we continue to pray for an end to this horrible virus, the Sattolo Family would like to thank you for your support during their time of sorrow.
