CICCOCELLI, Anna - (June 28, 1935 – November 19, 2020) - It is with heavy heart we announce the sudden passing of Anna Ciccocelli on Thursday November 19, 2020.
Beloved wife of the late Alessandro Ciccocelli, loving mother of Madalena Scarpiello (Adriano), Elina McGee (Brian), and Agostino (Catherine).
A cherished Nonna to Sabrina (Jag), Adriana (Michael), Marlena, Teresa (Jesse), Elizabeth (Bryan), Alexander (Dahlia), and Anthony (Amina).
Above all else, “Nunnie Annie” was adored and truly loved by her 14 great-grandchildren: Daniel, Noah, Nathaniel, Juliette, Ava, Marcus, Ethan, Juliana, Fiona, Paul, Annabella, Antonia, Luke, and Alessandria.
Born in Battaglia, Italy, Anna was the second of eight children to the late Pasquale and Clarice Giannobile. Dear sister of Maria Orsini (late Michele), Dominic (Fiora), Ada Feliciani (late Pierino), Francesco (Adriana), and predeceased Giovanni, Ada, and Francesco. Sister-in-law to predeceased Giovanni (Isolina), Camillo (Maria), and Splendora Piscelli (Giuseppe).
Anna’s love for her family was absolute. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. She treasured watching her family grow and span over four generations.
She will remain forever in our hearts.
A private funeral visitation will be at Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, L5A 1X5.
