Presidente WilliamPRESIDENTE, William (Bill)  - October 28, 1945 - December 31, 2020

With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Bill Presidente on December 31, 2020, in Calgary, Alberta.

Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario the oldest son of the late William and Marion Presidente.

Loving and devoted Father to Carly (Steven Ryan) and adoring grandfather to Hunter and Kaleb. Brother to Rocco Presidente (Linda Nash), Deborah Dickinson (late Michael Dickinson) and the late Paul Presidente (Tammy Percival). 

Loving Uncle, known as "UB" to Jaclyn, Kelly and Christopher Dickinson; Nicholas and Michelle Presidente; Mikayla and McKenzie Presidente. Bill's love of music started in the 60's in Toronto, and he was the drummer for the Folk Band "Strawberry Fair".

He was a founding member of the Toronto GQ Hockey Team. Bill will be sadly missed by Sally Jackson Dent, his good friends for over 50 years, Marvin Vader, Eileen Gamble, Jon Black, Marni Leis, Frank Sirianni and also Chris Graham who shared his love of guitar.

A service will be held Thursday, January 7th at 1:00 p.m. MST, 3:00 p.m. EST, at Evan Strong Funeral Service, Calgary. Due to COVID restrictions, the service will be live streamed.

The family would like to thank the compassionate care of the staff at Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary.
