PAPADIMITRIOU, Vasilios - Passed away peacefully with the love of his family and under the care of the wonderful staff at the Hellenic Home for the Aged on Thursday, January 21, 2021 (2pm) with his daughter by his side at the age of 89.
Born March 15, 1931 in Perikleia, Pellas, Greece.
Beloved husband to Maria.
Loving babaka to Dimitri and (Diane) Papadimitriou, Kalli and (Chris) Papanastasiou.
Papouka will forever be remembered and cherished by his grandchildren, Maria, Anastasi and Vasili and his great granddaughter Frankie.
He will be dearly missed by his brother Stephano and family; brother-in-law Nikola and family, brother-in law Anastasio and family, sister-in-law Antonia and family, many koumbari, relatives, and friends.
There's an unbroken thread that is woven from love,
And it keeps family always together,
For nothing's as real as the moments we've shared ~They live on in our memories forever.
In lieu of flowers and in keeping with the spirit and wishes of my husband, donations can be submitted to the Hellenic Home for the Aged, in his honour.
Due to current Toronto Public Health restrictions, the Viewing and the Funeral are limited to immediate family only. We look forward to celebrating Vasili's life at a later date with all his family and friends.
