TATZEL, Karl Christian - Karl passed away peacefully, in his ninety-seventh year, with his loving family at his side during his final days.
Emigrating from Graz, Austria, in 1952, he and his beloved Ruth (deceased May 22, 2020) worked hard to build a life as Canadians.
He became plant manager of a paper converting company and eventually started his own successful business, K. T. Precision Machine & Tool Shops Inc.
He is survived by his children Ruth (the late Terrance) and Timothy (Barbara), his grandchildren Andrea (George), Jodie (Curtis), Stephanie (Adrian), Alexandra (Matthew) and Juliana (Trevor) and his great-grandchildren Trysten, Grace, Cameron, Nolan and Jack.
His loving family recalls the numerous good times with immense joy, although at this time we feel more sorrow at Karl's passing.
A Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church in Fonthill. Entombment to follow.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
