FUKUZAWA, Sam - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sam on March 28, 2021, at the age of 84.
Beloved husband of Bonnie for 53 years.
Father of Karin (Calvin), Leslie (Michael) and David (Maggie).
Loving Grandfather to Olivia, Larisa, Kaitlyn, Lauren and Liam.
He is also survived by his brother Roy and his sisters Kay, Jean and Linda.
He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, the visitation and funeral services will be held privately by invitation only.
