WANNAMAKER, Donald Ronald - On Saturday, April 10th, 2021, our beloved Donald Wannamaker, Loving husband and father of four children, passed away fighting his battle of lung cancer, a heart condition, as well as kidney failure at age 73.
Donald was born on December 26th, 1947 in Picton, Ontario. Donald dedicated his life to the community working as a truck driver for over 47 years.
Donald was a funny, heart warming, loving brother, husband, friend and father. He leaves behind his wife Edna and his kids. (Leeann, Jason, Rhonda & Tammy) his sister Faye Wannamaker, and all of his grandchildren.
He enjoyed his work and travelled to many cities and countries. After retiring, he loved being at home with his family watching his favourite shows and always making them laugh and smile anytime they were around. He always put his family first.
He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
As per his wishes, we will not be having a funeral but will have a celebration of life later down the road. Arrangements entrusted with Ward funeral homes.
