KING, George - Peacefully, on April 10, 2021, at the Golden Plough Lodge in Cobourg, Ontario.
Born on December 19, 1934, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to the late Robert George King and Sophie Arlow.
Predeceased by his siblings Alec and Betty.
Survived by his beloved wife Lynda (née Heard) and his brother James. He raised three loved children, Alyson, Andrew and Eileen.
He was well-loved by his daughter-in-law, Tanya Davies, and sons-in-law, Rod Simpson and Heath Haynes. Emily, Andrew and Kieran have many fond memories of adventures with their grandpa.
He is lovingly remembered by his sister-in-law, Joan Upton, and her family, Jason, Kim (Jim), Jazzlyn and Kenzie; and his many other nieces and nephews (David, Brenda, Cathy, Janis, Jacquie, Jimmy, Julie, Michael (deceased), Roy, Alistair and their families).
George was always the life of the party and loved to celebrate with family and friends.
We ask all who loved George to raise a glass of Bushmills in celebration of a life well-lived.
