GALVAO, Maria - (December 10, 1944 - May 9, 2021) -
Maria Galvao was born on December 10, 1944, in Sao Miguel, Portugal.
She was married to her loving husband Jose Galvao who passed 16 years ago and they will now be rejoined again in heaven.
She was a loving mother of Susan Pontes and Walter Galvao, and a mother-in-law to Simon Pontes and Selina Galvao. She was also a Grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren Karley, Vanessa, Brayden and Mason as well as a great grandmother of two amazing granddaughters Aria and Aila.
Maria always put her family first and she was loved by many in the community. She was a very hard worker and wanted to provide the necessities in life for her family. She loved to smile and laugh and enjoyed the presence of her family around her.
We would like to thank all her family members and friends who have supported her throughout her lifetime. We thank you for all of your prayers and support during these tough times.
We love her and she will be greatly missed. Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral mass and entombment will be private. Arrangements entrusted with Ward funeral homes, Brampton chapel.
