Docherty LizDOCHERTY, Liz - (August 16, 1955 - June 16, 2021) -

Liz Docherty passed away suddenly at Trillium Health Partners at the age of 65.

It is with broken hearts we say good bye to Liz Docherty - a devoted wife to Tony, an amazing mother to Deana and a loving and nurturing nannie to Joey, Julio, Reina and Owen.

She was a caring sister to Kevin {Carol}, Marty and Steven. She will be missed by her neices Ashley, Caitlyn and Jackie and her Nephews Thomas, Sean and Scott. She will also be missed by her extended family The Carvalho's and Noble's as well as the Docherty's and McCann's back home in Scotland.

She is now reunited with her late beloved parents Martin and Elspeth Docherty. Her grandmother May and her uncle Allan.

Liz lived her life to help others. Her generous spirit made her always the first one to help family and countless friends with anything she could. She was proud and devoted to her daughter and her grandchildren. Always loved spoiling and spending time with them. She had a quick sense of humour and loved being with her friends. She was an avid bingo player and had made many friends she enjoyed a game with.

She was always there to give great life advice to her grandchildren and always had a story that fit in with any situation they faced. She was her daughter's rock, always there to help her with lifes difficulties.

Liz will be remembered by her contagious laugh and kind heart. Her sharp tongue and sense of humour. Her amazing way of giving advice and her genuine way of "telling it like it is." She was someone everyone considered a great friend and they all new she could be counted on.

Her Generousness and great kindness will leave behind a void in her loved ones' hearts always

Rest Peacefully Mom, We love you so so much. Give Nannie hugs from us xo
