CONFLITTI, Filippo Angelo - (1937 - 2021) - It is with deep sadness that we announce that Filippo Angelo Conflitti passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the age of 84.
Filippo will be forever missed by his beloved wife, Giuseppina, and cherished by his three children Connie (Joe), Lucia (Terence) and Philip (Alexa).
He was also the proud Nonno to Sarah Jo (Antoni), Rebecca, Jayden Romeo and Alaia, and will be forever loved by them. Filippo will be greatly missed by his brother Leonardo and his family.
Born on February 25, 1937 in Campoli Appennino, Frossinone Italy. Filippo immigrated to Canada where he joyfully started his new life with his wife Giuseppina, as they settled in Toronto, Ontario where they began their family.
Filippo was an active gardener who enjoyed being outdoors, and riding his bicycle through the streets of Toronto. He enjoyed travelling to Italy to visit his beloved brother Leonardo, and extended family.
He will be held dearly in the hearts of his family, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service and interment will be private. Arrangements for visitation and livestreamed funeral service are entrusted with Ward funeral homes, Weston chapel.
