COLLINS, Donald Charles - Passed away on September 6, 2021, at Kipling Acres, with his loving wife Deborah Janes Collins by his side.
Don is survived by his sister Carol Schwartz, and his children Derrick Collins, Barbara Faria, Carolyn Collins, and Mark Collins.
On August 8, 1933, Don was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario.
As a teacher, principal, and artist, Don enjoyed sharing his love of the arts with his friends and family.
Former President of the Kiwanis Club of Hamilton and member of the Boys and Girls Club, he was an impactful member of his community.
He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, Bolton on Thursday morning, September 9th from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o’clock. You may arrive anytime between 10 a.m. and the start of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Followed by cremation.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Peel.
