ERCOLI, Elena - With sadness, we announce the passing of Elena on October 27, 2021 at the age of 88.
Reunited with her beloved husband Tobia (December 4, 2016).
Cherished mother of Louisa (Tony Leto) and proud nonna of Bianca (Mark Umbrio) and Anthony.
Loving sister of Giacinta (predeceased), Santina (predeceased), Mario, and Franco.
She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and their families.
Elena was always kind, selfless and would do anything to make her family happy. She enjoyed being with her family, especially during dinner time where she prepared her favourite dishes
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed via St. Charles YouTube site (link to come).
Elena will be laid to rest with her husband at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd., at Highway 27).
In memory of Elena, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
