Moore KathleenMOORE, Kathleen (nee BOSTWICK)   - It is with deepest sadness that we announce our mother, Kathleen Moore (nee Bostwick), passed away peacefully, on September 28, 2022.

Youngest daughter of Chesley and Vida Bostwick, she will be dearly missed by her children, Doug (Sue), Glenn (Hiroko), and Marilyn; and by her grandchildren, Kazumi, Veronica, and Kenya.

Predeceased by her sister, Jessie; and brother, George, she is survived by her sister, Marion. Kathleen was born and grew up on a loyalist farm near Kingston, NB (God's Country).

She attended Mt. Allison and then moved to Montreal where she met and fell in love with her husband, Kenneth.

Following our father's death in 1985, Mom moved to Mississauga and continued her active involvement in volunteer activities.

Kathleen moved to Ottawa and spent her final years with many friends at Villagia in the Glebe.

Her friendship with Roberta was such a joy and comfort to her in these last several years.

A private gathering will be arranged in the future.

Anyone who wishes to make a donation in her name, are encouraged to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society.
