Sisley MargaretSISLEY, Margaret (Peggy) Danville   -  In the comfort of her home, Peggy quietly slipped away on February 21, 2024.

She is pre-deceased by her husband and dearest companion, Don.

Peggy is survived by her devoted family Peter (Sheila), Hugh (Katy), Ann (Beatty); cherished grandchildren Andrew (Megan), Ashleigh (Simon) and Meagan (Strachan), Todd (Samantha), Paige (Michael), Crew, Jillian, Stephanie and Philip, and Robin (Carter), Bay (Michael) and Jamie (Victor); and ten great-grandchildren to date.

She is pre-deceased by her sister, Elizabeth Henderson.

Peggy's zest for life was punctuated by her warm smile, sharp intellect and purse full of Lifesaver mints.

She nurtured her friendships as she did her family, keeping close all who were important to her.

Her days were happiest with family and friends at the cottage although travel both internationally and to the sunny south, as well as curling and golf, and also tending her beloved garden all jockeyed for position.

Her acuity, strength, laughter and affection will be deeply missed. A service in celebration of Peggy's life will be held at St. Timothy Anglican Church, 100 Old Orchard Grove, on Tuesday, February 27th at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to North York General Hospital Foundation, 4001 Leslie St., Toronto, ON M2K 1E1 or South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, 75 Ann St., Bracebridge, ON, P1L 2E4, would be most appreciated.
