McAULAY, Mildred Sarah (nee Kropf), RN  - Passed peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Etobicoke, at age 96 years.

Mildred spent her life caring for others.

She was a longtime member of St. Philip's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Etobicoke.

She was the beloved wife of the late Clayton, her husband of 47 years. Daughter of the late David L Kropf and the late Lydia Hammer.

Loving mother of Margaret (John), the late Ann Paterson, Virginia Byron (Paul) and Fay Duffy (John). Mother-in-law of Rick Paterson (Marjorie). Proud grandmother of Phillip, Douglas and Stuart (Sarah) Paterson, David Byron, the late Michael Byron, Colin (Rachel) and Sarah Duffy.

Predeceased by sister Vera Schaefer (Gordon), brother David Kropf (Florence), and brothers-in-law John (Evelyn), Boyd (Jeanne) and Grant.

She will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends across Canada, the USA and Europe. The family wishes to thank Mildred's many friends and neighbours especially Tomas and Ana, Albert and Lillian, for all their love and support over the decades.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Philip's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 61 West Deane Park Dr., on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 11 a.m., with visitation starting at 10 a.m. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton at 3 p.m.

For those who wish, donations may be made to St. Philip's Church or to a charity of choice.
