COOPER, Yvonne Maud (nee JOSSA)  - January 4, 1935 – December 29, 2017

Peacefully and in the company of family at Belleville General Hospital in her 83rd year.

She will be greatly missed by son John, daughter-in-law Maria, brother John Jossa (Dianna), grandchildren Melissa (Caleb), Tyler (Lisa), Cole, Matthew and David, son- in-law Malcolm Myerson and many cousins in her extended family.

Yvonne was a wonderful great-grandmother to Cooper and McKenna.

Predeceased by her husband John and daughter Patricia Myerson.

Also missed by her many friends in Toronto and in Brighton, where she played an active role at the local Meals on Wheels, the food bank and her church, St. Paul's Anglican.

A very special thank you to Father Keith Joyce for offering prayers and support during Mom's last few days and the family is grateful to the doctors and nurses (especially nurses Hollie, Jessica and Kim) of Belleville Hospital's Intensive Care Unit for their wonderful care.

Visitation at Pine Hills Cemeetery & Funeral Centre, Scarborough, on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. Interment to follow.

Donations to the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
