WALSH, Nancy Jane - March 25, 1930 – February 16, 2018
Predeceased by her brother Peter Thomas Walsh, her sister Norah Ann Walsh and nephew Peter Frederick Walsh.
Nancy leaves her sister Sheila, a niece and nephews and families.
After graduation from the University of Toronto, Nancy had an extensive career overseas with The Canadian Department of External Affairs.
Upon her return to Toronto, she taught high school at Northview Collegiate for many years.
Nancy then taught for two years in Japan before resuming her teaching position in Toronto. Upon retirement Nancy pursued her love of travel and her many activities included bridge, opera, theatre and the ballet.
Friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrrison Funeral Home, 467 Sherbourne St., Toronto, on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
