It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of our dedicated and loving father and grandfather.
Predeceased by his wife Olga Diak (December 1985).
Loving father of Janice Chreptyk (Daniel Fucella) and Dennis Chreptyk (Theresa Calderone).
Survived by his partner of 27 years, Evelyn Hardie.
Best papa of Jenny Lawson, Russell and Gillian Chreptyk and great-grandfather of Jacob Lawson.
As per Monty's wishes, cremation has taken place.
For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.
