HAYASHI, Toshiko "Tosh" (nee HIGASHI) - Passed away peacefully on April 17, 2018 at Sage Care in Toronto at the age of 87.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Douglas of 41 years.
She will be dearly missed by her children Allen (Lisa) and Sharon (Bill) and special nephew Gerald (Bruna); her grandchildren, Cortney, Katlynn, Emily, Ella, and James; as well as her siblings, Bill (Vai), Kay, Shane (Claire), Heidi and Yoshi.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Buck (Aya), Gene (Bonnie), Aiko (Genchan), Harry (Maria) and Chito. Tosh will be lovingly remembered by her many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Eternal thanks are extended to her caregivers for their tremendous care and support and to the staff of Sage Care for their truly compassionate and dedicated service.
Visitors will be received on Saturday, May 5th from 1:00 p.m., until the time of Tosh's Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Toronto Buddhist Church, 1011 Sheppard Avenue West, North York. Reception to follow.
