DAVIDSON, Glen - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Glen Davidson on July 1, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Davidson for 57 years.
Devoted father to Kim Vanderlaan (Wayne) and Gary Davidson (Patricia).
Brother to Russell Davidson (Isabel). Incredibly loving grandfather to Michael, Jake, Steven, Michelle and Shannan. Glen was born and raised in Charlottetown and came to Toronto in his teens to explore life in a big city. He found work quickly and continued working until retirement.
That strong work ethic has been handed down to all of us. He will be remembered for so many things: his love of reading the daily newspaper, his days playing goal when equipment was nonexistent, his pristine gardening but most of all, his outward toughness that never fooled his family, as we always saw through it.
We saw what he truly was - an exceptionally kind and gentle soul. He never failed to tell us how much he loved us. Respecting his wishes, a private family service will be held.
