McMILLAN, Douglas - April 29, 1929 - March 3, 2021
Doug was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, to Allan and Marjorie McMillan.
He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Engineering Department in 1954 with a major athletic award.
He was a longtime member of Thornhill Country Club, Thornhill District Lions Club and Thornhill Seniors Club. Doug's first wife, Phyllis (Stan Daurio) survives, along with Doug's children: Michelle (Roger Johnson), Hugh (Linda Thomsen) and Matthew (Sharon Taylor); grandchildren: Travis and Jenna McMillan, Amelia Wood, Clayton and Amber McMillan; great-grandchildren: Weston and Audrey; and step-children: Lori (Christopher Crawford) and Greg (Natalie) and step-grandchildren: Hayden, Wyatt, William and Nicolas.
Doug was predeceased by his son, Greg (Cynthia Christie) in 2018.
Doug rests with his second wife, Judith, who died in 2018.
