WARD, Lois - (1929 - 2021) - It is with great sadness we announce that our beautiful and beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister departed our world on March 7, 2021.
Born to Emma and Henry Lockwood of Danville, Quebec, on January 27, 1929, Mom left a legacy of four daughters; Melanie (Garrett), Elizabeth, Alison and Marybeth (Spiros)—and “Grammie” to seven grandchildren: Emma and Laura, Matthew, Owen and James, and David and Jenny—as well as eight great-grandchildren.
Lois is a great loss to her three siblings; Marion Lambert, Raymond Lockwood and Linda (Ann) Roth.
A positive, warm and compassionate woman, she was mentor, friend and confidante to her family and friends, quick to empathize and share of herself. She loved and was loved by all she welcomed into her life.
Your caring spirit now soars above us. You are missed.
