BUCK, Gordon P. - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gordon P. Buck.
He died peacefully with his children by his side on September 1, 2021 at Erin Meadows Long Term Care after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia, only one week from his 86th birthday.
Beloved husband of Berit for 56 years and devoted father to Else, Bertina (Robert) and Peer (Claudia).
Loving grandfather to Jacob, Madison, Henry, Alex, Caleb. Brother to John (deceased), David (Jan) and Rodney (Carol), sister to Patricia.
His gentle, jovial nature and magnetic personality made him well liked by everyone he met.
Gordon travelled the world, but felt a close connection to Norway which he frequently visited.
Growing up in India, spending many years in England and finally making Canada his home.
A cremation has taken place, followed by a private service for his immediate family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
