Beloved husband of the late Karen (nee McPeek).
Loving father of Scott Lackey (Lee Mayer), Jason Martin (Tanya Turry) and Dawn Johnson (Shawn). Cherished Papa of Hannah, Sofie, Alexis, Alysha, and Joshua.
Great Papa of Abygail and Isobel.
Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Mildred Lackey.
A private service to be held at a later date in London, Ontario.
