HAINES, Joan (Hardinge) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan at Butternut Manor in the early morning of February 10th, 2021.
Joan was the beloved mother of son Ian (Dawna). Adored Gran to, Lynsay (Ian), Lauren (Dan), the late Brett (Brooke), and Robby (Rachel).
She is predeceased by her parents Dorothy & Howard Hardinge and brothers Bill & Don Hardinge.
She will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Joan and Barbara Hardinge, as well as her nieces, nephews, and long-time friend Danny.
Joan was a kind, generous, quick-witted and had a heart of gold – she was always laughing which earned her the appropriate nickname "Giggles."
We will carry her memory in our hearts forever and miss her dearly.

Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will take place Saturday February 20th.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Joan’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
