Shepperdson ScottSHEPPERDSON, Scott Douglas   -  August 3, 1958 – February 2, 2022 

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Scott on February 2, 2022, at the age of 63.

Beloved husband of Laurie, loving father of Bethany, stepfather to Cory (Lisa), and Colton.

Cherished brother of Shelley (Ivan) and Stephen (Tawni).

Scott, will forever be remembered by his nieces Jessica, Sarah and nephew Adam; and also be remembered by Heather Shields (Adam).

Predeceased by his parents Jack and Doreen.

Scott spent the majority of his life in Oshawa, Ontario where he enjoyed coaching fastball, and watching the Boston Bruins.

Scott enjoyed participating in many fishing tournaments and spent his leisure times in the outdoors fishing, Atving, snowmobiling, golfing, and visiting with family and friends.

Scott was a professor at Durham College for 30 years before retiring in 2019.

He then moved his life to Ompah, Ontario where he quickly became involved in the community by becoming a volunteer firefighter as well as president of the Snow Road Snowmobile Club.

Scott, will be remembered by his friends and family as a loving, funny, mentoring, caring human being. 

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King St. W., (905-721-1234) on Thursday February 10, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Register for the visitation using the link: https://signup.com/go/hJRKVgH

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the WhiteLake Fish Culture Station or the North Frontenac Fire Department.
