O’NEILL, Elizabeth “Betty” – November 1st, 1947 - February 15th, 2022
Passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2022 in her 75th year.
Her family is deeply saddened by this sudden loss.
Betty was a long time Whitby resident and dedicated local hairdresser.
She is survived by her husband Gerd Philipp, daughters Karen Penrose (Al) and Jamie Rule (Colin), grandchildren Gunner, Colt, Ruby, and Bridget, sisters Mary Milligan (Robert) and Eileen Dixon (Eddie).
A private service will be held for the immediate family.
Cremation followed by interment at Pine Hills Cemetery, Scarborough.
