MOBERLEY, Reginald (Reg) Albert - May 6, 1938 – February 15, 2022
It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Reginald (Reg) Albert Moberley, of Oshawa, on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the age of 83.
Husband of Jean, father of Donna Stead (Chris) and Melissa (Lisa) Moberley.
Adored Grandad to Gina (Jake), Vanessa (Shaun), Sydney, Mya, Austin and Great-Grandad to Ariana.
He will be forever loved and missed by his family.
Reg was born in Gibraltar where he lived until the age of 19 before moving to England.
Shortly thereafter, he met his wife, and they started their family.
In 1972 the family immigrated to Toronto, Canada where their family continued to grow. In 1977 they made Oshawa their home, where he lived out the rest of his life.
After suffering a stroke 5 years ago, Reg spent the last 6 months of his life at Hillsdale Terraces, Rose Garden. It has been a long road but now he is finally at peace.
A very special thank you to the staff at Hillsdale Terraces for their care and compassion.
A private Celebration of Life will be held for the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
