LEONARD, Marian Louise (nee HUNTER) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother Marian on Saturday June 10th, 2023 at the age of 92 at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa.
Loving mother of Karen (Paul) Malik, and Cheryl (Mike) Gordon.
Much loved grandma to Nathan (Lisa) Malik, Natalie Dickson, Mathew (Robyn) Malik, Scott Gordon (Victoria), Ryan Gordon (Emily).
Great Grandma to Connor Malik and Quinn Malik.
Long time companion to Walter Mitchell.
Daughter of late Lyla and Frank Hunter. Sister of late ErvIn and June Hunter.
Marian was a lifer of King St. United Church and Kingsview United Church.
She was a lifer of the Delmar Unit of Kingsview United Church.
Marian enjoyed her gatherings with family, summer vacations at the Gordon's cottage and playing cards with friends and family.
Special thank you to the Mitchell's for always making Mom feel like part of their family. We would like to grieve as a family, so no funeral or celebration of life has been set at this time.
