Passed away peacefully at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, Ontario on Monday July 10, 2023 at the age of 89.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 65 years Katherine Margaret (nee Flanagan).
Loving father of Sharon Cullen, Laurie Davis, Dawn Mette (Dave), Deanna Davis and Paul Davis (Charlene).
Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Adam, Kevin, Karen, Nikki, Jamie-Lee, Lisa and Julie and great grandfather of Carmen, Wyatt, Grayah, Maverick, Harlow, Maddox, Colton, Adelaide and Isla.
Predeceased by his parents Albert Davis and Edna Arbour, his sisters Reta Arnold, Norma Booth and Helen Davis. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A special thank you to the staff at Lakeview Manor in the Harbour unit for all their kindness, compassion and care.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a Celebration of life on Saturday July 29, 2023 from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, 471 Simcoe Street South in Oshawa. An interment to take place at St. Michaels Cemetery in Orillia on Friday July 21, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
